Community Infrastructure offers a range of services to support effective planning, including asset management, maintenance management, and asset and housing condition assessments and reporting systems.

Their expertise extends to engineering services and support, as well as the CMM Transformation Initiative. In addition, they also provide training through the Nova Scotia Building Officials Association.
