Additional Details

  • The color of the original and replacement tags is: Green Pantone 348, with black printing. Estimated pricing of the tag order is based on the above details. Quote will include pricing for, preparing single packs of original tags, custom packaging according to specific requirements, and parcel and freight charges for original tag issuance to a single address specified in quote.
  • • Taxes and shipping fees are extra. • All pricing will be in Canadian Dollars. • Any changes to the above tag order details may have an effect on final pricing. • Providing MMDI with the exact and complete information to proceed with an order is the client’s responsibility. • MMDI's responsibility is limited to the providing of tags as per the clients instructions and the agreed to confirmation order to follow quote. • The freight/shipping charges will be based on quote details provided. • Payment Structure: A minimum of 90% payment is due at the time of tag order confirmation. The final 10% is due before the order can be shipped to the client. • Fishers should allow a minimum of 10 working days (including shipping) to ensure tag delivery by requested delivery date. • It is in the best interests of the client to confirm orders well in advance of the start of his or her fishery to guarantee best pricing!
  • Please Note: All tag order quote requests will be responded to by phone, email or by fax within 48 hours of quote request date and time. Replacement tags will not be mailed out with the original tags unless DFO tag replacement policy allow this. A fisher must request replacement tags as per DFO policy. Additional costs will be charged for all requested replacement tags.
