Orange Shirt day September 30th
The Confederacy of Mainland Mi’kmaq supports Orange Shirt Day, September 30, 2016! Orange Shirt Day is a national movement recognizing the experience of survivors of Indian residential schools, honoring them, and showing a collective commitment to ensure that every child matters.
CMM staff competed in a coloring page contest this year and the winning submission will be turned into a button for CMM staff to wear with their Orange Shirts on September 30, 2016.
