Throughout the pandemic, our Diabetes Community Consultant who works within the Aboriginal Diabetes Initiative (ADI) here at The CMM has been working closely with Filet Production Services, Eastern Woodland Print Services and April Maloney (Grass Fire Productions) to highlight nine community members who are committed to living healthy lifestyles to prevent, manage and live with Type 2 Diabetes. After countless months of scheduling, collaborating, and editing, we are excited to finally announce the release of this project, known as The Diabetes Community Champions!
